SALES TERMS: 1. VAT is not included in WEB prices, but will be added to the total sales price. 2. The sales price is for the Spanish mainland and the Balearics Islands. For the Canary Islands, the rest of Europe and other countries, please enquire. 3. Payment will be made via BANK TRANSFER (account details to be provided, preferably an account exclusively for internet sales) or CREDIT CARD. 4. Orders will be processed once the transfer deposit or payment will be checke. In case of transfer. this process may be speed up by sending the receipt of the transfer or deposit to fax nº +34932841109. 5. The deadline for shipment of the orders will be 48h, stock permitting, in which case the client would be contacted and duly informed via e-mail. 6. Orders will be sent in full, contact via e-mail will be made in the event of any incident exceeding the normal delivery period of the order. 7. Shipments will be sent via the 24- to 48-hour courier service. 8. Shipping costs: 9. If for any reason clients should not be satisfied with the product purchased, they have a period of 7 days, counting from the delivery of the product, to return it. In this case, the shipping and collection costs will be attributed to the client. Prior to making the return, clients should contact José Mestre S.A., to get instructions about return process. Without this prior step, no returns will be accepted. In order to accept a return, both the product and packing should be in perfect conditions, including all documentation and accessories accompanying the product. The client should pack it correctly, ensuring no damage will be caused during transportation. Once the product has been received and been verified that it is in the same state as when it was sent, the amount will be reimbursed in accordance with the method of payment used by the client, and this will be informed via e-mail. |
